We like to play around seasonings, herbs, and ingredients to deliver sauerkrauts that are very distinct in flavours. Our curtido is inspired by the traditional Salvador, but we give it a unique twist by using wild portuguese oregano, along with jalapeno and habanero for an extra kick.
