How long does my order take to ship?

We produce in small batches every week, to provide a product that is always fresh for you.

Orders placed by Friday midday will be shipped out / delivered or ready to be picked up on Saturday. Orders places after Friday noon will be scheduled for the following Saturday.

Delivery Lisbon city: 
Delivery costs €6.50 for all Lisbon area.
Free delivery for orders above €100.
We will notify you when we are on the way and if you are not present at the moment of delivery we will charge a separate delivery fee to reschedule. 

Self pick up:
By choosing "self pick up" at check out, you agree to commit and be responsible for your own pick up.
Pick up point: Mercearia Domitilia, Lapa.
Please let us know if you cannot make it on the selected date and wish to re-arrange another day so that we can inform the shop. 

Portugal: 
Shipped via ctt next day delivery €15.
Free shipping for orders above €100.

Note: we'll provide you with a tracking number and you will be responsible to follow up the shipping and being present at the moment of delivery. We are not responsible if you are not present and you will need to re-arrange for delivery directly with the courier company. 
We do not held responsible for your parcel being left at the courier for long time without being picked up and any damage that they will cause during the stay at their warehouse. 
For any reason the parcel is sent back to us, we do not provide refunds and will charge a second shipping if you wish to have the parcel resent to you. 

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do not offer international shipping at the moment. But we are working on this :)

What is your return policy? 

We do not accept returns after you received your order. If your jars arrived faulty or broken during transportation, please send us a email with photos as soon as possible and we'll refund you.

Can I change my order?

Yes, If you wish do to any changes, please contact us before your order has been dispatched and we will help.
