Our next kimchi workshop will take place at Olival Fermentation Kitchen on the 7th November.
We’ll spend the morning making a seasonal kimchi using fresh, organic vegetables and aromatics, while exploring the art of natural fermentation. Together, we’ll learn the essential practices, small details and flavour combinations that make a truly delicious, distinctive kimchi.
Working as a group, we’ll prepare everything from scratch, and everyone will take home a generous jar of kimchi, ready to ferment at home.
After the workshop, we’ll sit down for a simple, generous buffet lunch inspired by what’s in season, accompanied by a selection of our homemade products.
