We’ll work with seasonal vegetables, aromatics, and natural fermentation techniques, sharing the essential practices, small details, and flavours that make kimchi such a living food. You’ll work together as a group and prepare your own jar to take home, along with the knowledge and confidence to keep fermenting on your own.
After the workshop, we’ll sit down together for a simple, generous buffet lunch inspired by what’s in season, accompanied by a selection of our ferments.
